Wyndsor Airport Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City

The Limited Buildings are coming fast and furious these days. We have the new Wyndsor Airport as well as several new gold buildings in the store. The Wyndsor Airport is a reasonable sized building with some decent stats. The initial cost is $123 million with $1.3 million every 24 hours. It’s another building that will cost over $30Billion to upgrade fully if you don’t have any mods. The reward for that heft cash investment is – Atrocious Explosive, ATK – 403,830 DEF – 100,958 with +1% Explosive Attack. Again, nice ATK, but come on, can we get some weapons with DEF mods that don’t suck dirty bath water?

Yes, I have two of these silly things upgrading right now even though I started a bit late. I also see the Shamrock Pub got a huge boost in cash stats since it has now become a high value gold building. I have that at level 10 and it has jumped to over $400M as it’s collection. And I’ll keep upgrading these until the next LTB sneaks into the store.

Drop Tower Ride Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout

Well this is new. Since I’ve been working on the Crusty Handlebar I haven’t been into the Money Buildings section. Turns out there’s a new building in there, the Drop Tower Ride. It has a small footprint, but it’s a tall lanky thing. This is an LTB in the sense it probably won’t last very long. I just started construction on my first one and will put up the second as soon as the first is complete. The initial cost is $121,957,500 with an income of $1,355,083 every 24 hours. Like the Crusty Handlebar, it will cost $30Billion to upgrade and will net $40Million per day. No prize for each level, but it will keep pushing up the IPH for those who wish to construct it.

Crusty Handlebar Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City

This time around we have the Crusty Handlebar which sounds like something you will catch if you go looking for love in all the wrong places. That aside, it is the latest building and we finally get one with a small footprint. Unlike previous buildings that take up half the hood, this one is nice and compact. The initial investment is pretty heft at $120M. Which gives you an income of $670k per 12 hours. It’s not too bad.

The total investment will be $30Billion which will collect $20M. That’s not too good. Like the previous buildings, it’s going to cost a lot, but return only little. The main attraction of this building is the much smaller footprint. If you have the cash you should be able to find a place to stash this thing.

With mods you can drop the total price to around $15Billion and increase the income to $66M per day. If you max out two of these you can spend $30Billion to make $130Million per day. Not sure really sure it’s worth it.

And for the effort you basically get the same prize as before.
Flame Bandit    399,800     99,900     1% Car Attack

Hard to say if this building is worth it. The footprint is nice, and the income is fairly decent if you have the bonuses. But overall, this rascal costs a fortune and it will take awhile to earn your money back.

Zack’s 5th Avenue Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City

It’s time for a new LTB – Zack’s 5th Avenue – and make no mistake, this building is tall and has a huge footprint. In fact, it’s almost as much of an eyesore as the Empire Boardwalk we just finished. If you haven’t already expanded your hood in anticipation of this blight, you’re going to have to start leveling some of your other buildings to make room.

The initial cost of this building is $115 million with an income of $1,277,778 every 1 day, or 24 hours. Right off the bat this new LTB is big and annoying. When fully upgraded it will make just shy of $96 million per day and it’ll cost you just shy of $29 billion to get there. Not sure that’s a really good return.

With mods, you can make close to $160 million per day with a cost of $14 billion per building. That’s a little better, but based on the size of this damn thing, I’m not entirely sure this is a building worth keeping.

And the prize you get for all this effort? Combustible Clutch 395,800 atk / 98,900 def with 1% Explosive Attack. It’s basically the same prize as last time. Good attack, but that defense is crap.

Even though I have more than enough cash to afford this building, I’m not sure I want two of them. This might be the first building where I skip putting up the second. It’s just too damn big to keep around. And I have other buildings that are far smaller than make more per day. I suppose I could level some older buildings to make room for it, but I’m not sure I’m that committed.

Empire Boardwalk Limited Time Building (LTB) – Building Payout and Upgrade Cost – Crime City

It’s time for the Empire Boardwalk Limited Time Building (LTB) and in more ways than one, this building is s steamy pile of crap. The initial cost isn’t bad, but output is pretty meager. This building is also freaking huge! It takes up an insane amount of space. Finally, while the attack points for the reward item is good, the defense is terrible.

The Empire Boardwalk has a 12 hour collection time, which should make a lot of people happy. With modifiers you can get over $100 million per day out of this, provided it doesn’t get robbed. That goes for all the buildings obviously.

I’ve already had to move buildings around to make room for this monstrosity. I’ve had to start another expansion and I’m at that point where some of the older, non-LTBs, will have to be leveled. That’s not really a big deal and we all knew it would come to this, but damn, why does this building has to take up so much space?

It’ll cost just shy of $24 billion to complete this rascal. With modifiers you can cut that to half, but it’s still a hefty chunk of change.

The reward is the Bloody Fool Mask with 395,874 atk and 98,868 def, with 1% Armor Defense. Not a bad item, but damn, can’t we get some items with a but more defense to them?

To be honest, this a high dollar version of the Big Top Burlesque. It’s ugly and big and I’m sure people will tear it down once this event is over. I’ll upgrade the thing as usual since the final payout can be of use.

Good luck!
